Terms and conditions

1. Groups sizes between 2 and 8.

2. Age restrictions: tours are suitable for all ages.

3. No school/youth groups.

4. Payment needs to be made via B.A.Cs transfer. 

5. Receipt of payment will exclusively secure the booking.

6. Cancellations require 48 hours notice for full refund.

7. A severe weather refund is available if the tour needs to be cancelled by canoe keswick, with no time limit.

8. There will be no refunds for no shows.

9. For any special requirements, please contact canoe keswick directly.

10. You must provide relevant medical details to canoe keswick prior to the canoe tour (e.g. diabetes, asthma, heart conditions).

11. You will be responsible for any personal medication that is required (a dry bag can be provided).

12. Phone is manned during office hours only (9-5).

13. canoe keswick takes full responsibility for all canoe related activities.

14. All relevant safety equipment for the activity will be provided by canoekeswick.

15. You are required to bring a complete change of clothes with you.​​
